Working within a production budget is what we do. We are happy to assist with pre-budgeting discussions and planning from scouting to full production. We offer cost management reporting, centralized billing, and consolidated invoicing. Billing can be done through invoiced accounts or by credit card. We also have a virtual payment solution available.
Savings
We offer pre-negotiated rates for hotels, ground transportation, and global air contracts with many worldwide airlines through Global Travel Collection our master agency. We show real-world savings to our clients and keep extra fees to a minimum.
Reporting
Post-production reporting includes visibility of spending and transparency reporting. We can offer pre and post-data consolidation, CO2 emissions tracking, traveler safety/security reports, and detailed COVID information and reporting. Duty of Care reporting, including SPECTRA reports, is included.
Filming Incentives
We facilitate tax incentive billing and reporting with over 60 ticketing locations worldwide. We offer in-country ticketing, payments, and invoicing.
